The purpose of the Healthy Congregation Committee is to foster a healthy culture in our congregation. We do this by:

• teaching congregants about effective communication and conflict resolution skills, we have two modules we present
• providing consultation to any church member about a budding conflict
• providing conflict transformation facilitation when two or more parties in a conflict are willing to meet
