Our beautiful and environmentally responsible facility has a room for every occasion. Whether you are planning a conference, workshop, or special event, consider holding it at First Universalist.

CALENDAR AND EVENTS
Rent the Church
To request a room for a church event, meeting, or program:
- First check the church calendar to see what has already been scheduled for the day(s) you would like to hold your event.
- If your desired event date is open, complete the Rental Request Form. You will receive a follow-up email within approximately three business days.
- If you have questions or need assistance before filling out your Rental Request, use the contact box to reach out to our Rentals team.

Rental Pricing
Please Note:
- All spaces have a four hour minimum
- Nonprofit and Member rates are the same
- Sanctuary rentals include an AV Technician
- Rooms 1–5 are priced the same
- Facility Coordinator is required for events on evenings and weekends
Facility Coordinator/AV Tech (Nonprofit Rate)

Sanctuary

- Capacity: Seats 300 in chairs and 72 on the dias
- Equipped with up to five microphones
- Two screens at the front of the room for showing slides
- Hybrid-equipped for two-way Zoom meetings

Standard Rate

Hospitality Center

- Capacity: Seats 72 at round tables
- Equipped with two wireless microphones, a projector, and drop down screen (AV training required to use this equipment)
- Alternate seating arrangements can be made, but may be discouraged due to other events in the building.
